The outermost layer is bacteria-proof, virus-proof and waterproof polyurethane film. The wound contact layer is perforated soft silicone gel that allows painless and atraumatic removal and permits the passage of exudate to the absorbent foam layer. consists of five layers: polyurethane foam, nonwoven distribution layer and highly absorbent pad made of superabsorbent \ufb01bres symmetrically perforated providing channels to allow higher absorption capacity for exudates,
