containing silver that renders the dressing antimicrobial against wide range of microorganism including Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa; Gram-positive The retention bandage shouldn\u2019t be occlusive, so as not to hinder breathability of the dressing.<\/li>\n<li>Generally the dressing could left in place up to 7 days, depending on exudates level
