ESPUMA® Ag C Adhesive is the same composites of ESPUMA® Ag Adhesive, with additional activated charcoal layer for superior bacterial and odour adsorption.
- Hohe Absorbierfähigkeit, wodurch die Tragezeit verlängert wird.
- Hergestellt mit Exsudateinschlusstechnologie, um das Leckagerisiko zu reduzieren. Kann unter Kompression verwendet werden.
- Exsudate werden einfach im gesamten Wundverband verteilt, um Hautmazeration vorzubeugen.
- Keine Flüssigkeitspenetration bedeutet keine Angst vor Flecken auf Kleidungsstücken und Bettwäsche und ein reduziertes Kreuzinfektionsrisiko.
- Wasser-, bakterien- und virendichte Außenschicht.

Verwendung bei den folgenden Wund- und Geschwürarten mit mittelmäßiger bis starker Drainage-/Exsudationsrate:
- Dekubitus Stadium II und Oberflächenstadium III
- Diabetische Fußgeschwüre der Grade II und III
- Dur Veneninsuffizienz bedingte Beingeschwüre
- Arterielle Geschwüre der Grade II und III
- Verbrennungen zweiten Grades und Schürfwunden
- Offene chirurgische Wunden
- Hautrisse
ESPUMA® Ag C Adhesive is used in management of malodor wounds.
- Die Pharma-Foam-Produktpalette sollte nicht auf trockenen Wunden oder nekrotischem Geweben angewandt werden.
- Die Pharma-Foam-Produktpalette sollte nicht auf Wunden, die Knochen oder Muskeln erreichen, angewandt werden.
- Bei Produkten mit antimikrobiellen Silberionen ist die Erfahrung mit Neugeborenen, Säuglingen und während der Schwangerschaft begrenzt.
1. Cleanse the wound in accordance with local clinical protocols.
2. Select an appropriate dressing size that overlaps the wound margin by at least two centimeters.
3. Remove the sterile dressing from the package using aseptic technique.
– For adhesive variants:
1. Remove the central paper window (if present).
2. Remove the large flap of the release liner to expose the adhesive portion of the dressing.
3. Position into place while removing the smaller flap of the release liner of the dressing.
4. Slowly remove the paper frame while smoothing down around the dressing to ensure good adhesion.
5. To remove the dressing, loosen the border before lifting the dressing away from the wound.
– Dressing change and removal:
• Dressing change frequency will depend on patient condition as well as wound exudate level.
Change dressing when reached its maximum exudate management level or as instructed by a healthcare professional.
• To remove an adhesive dressing, loosen the adhesive film border before lifting the dressing away from the wound.
• To remove non-adhesive dressing, gently lift the corners of the dressing away from the wound.
• Cleanse the wound prior to application of new dressing.
