\nSilotull\u00ae<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>ist eine por\u00f6se, atraumatische Wundkontaktschicht aus einem flexiblen Polyesternetz, das mit weichem Silikongel beschichtet ist. Die Silikonbeschichtung ist leicht haftend, was das Anlegen des Verbands \u00fcber der Haut im Wundbereich erleichtert und seine Fixierung verst\u00e4rkt. Diese sanfte Adh\u00e4sion tr\u00e4gt au\u00dferdem zur Pr\u00e4vention einer Mazerierung bei, indem die laterale Bewegung von Exsudat aus der Wunde auf die umliegende Haut gehemmt wird.<\/span><\/p>\n
Das weiche Silikon gew\u00e4hrleistet die Entfernung des Verbands ohne Schmerzen und ohne Trauma der empfindlichen neuen Gewebe.<\/span><\/p>\n
