La cicatriz aparece cuando las c\u00e9lulas reparadoras, denominadas \u00abfibroblastos\u00bb, llegan a la zona cicatricial y comienzan a producir col\u00e1geno (el elemento de construcci\u00f3n del tejido cicatricial) para cerrar la herida lo antes posible. Las cicatrices de apariencia normal se producen cuando el col\u00e1geno se alinea y forma un puente sobre la herida. Las cicatrices hipertr\u00f3ficas y los queloides cicatriciales aparecen cuando se producen demasiadas fibras de col\u00e1geno y no se alinean de forma uniforme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022 Modo de acci\u00f3n de Kemagel\u00aeSilicone en la reducci\u00f3n de las cicatrices:<\/p>\n<p>Todav\u00eda se desconoce el mecanismo de acci\u00f3n preciso mediante el cual act\u00faa el gel de silicona.
