ESPUMA® Gentle Lite Schiuma assorbente in poliuretano sottile con adesivo in silicone delicato
- La couche externe est une pellicule respirante et imperméable en polyuréthane, qui protège contre les virus et les bactéries,
- tandis que la couche en contact avec la plaie est formée d’un gel de silicone. Ainsi, cela évite toute adhérence à la plaie, favorise un retrait sans douleur et atraumatique du pansement et permet le passage des exsudats vers la couche formée d’une mousse absorbante.
Le gel de silicone doux permet un retrait atraumatique du pansement.La pellicule de silicone perforée permet le passage libre des exsudats de la plaie vers la mousse, afin d’éviter toute macération de la peau.
La mousse en polyuréthane à forte capacité d’absorption apporte également un effet matelassé.

La frequenza di sostituzione della medicazione è di norma determinata dal livello di essudato prodotto, tuttavia in caso di ferite pulite lievemente essudanti la medicazione può essere lasciata indisturbata per diversi giorni.
Soft silicone dressings
are coated with a hydrophobic soft silicone layer that is tacky to touch. These dressings do not stick to the moist wound bed, but will adhere gently to the surrounding skin. They are designed to minimize trauma on removal and do not leave an adhesive residue on the skin.
Foam dressings
are made from a polyurethane base and are permeable to both gases and water vapor. Their hydrophilic properties allow high absorptive properties while they also provide thermal insulation.

How To Use
- Pulisci e asciuga accuratamente la ferita
- dressing can be cut to fit awkward areas. When used under compression therapy.
- Remove the release liner and then place the dressing on the wound site.
- Secondary film dressing or conforming bandage should be used to secure the dressing in place.
- To remove the dressing, gently lift the corners of the dressing away from the wound.
