ESPUMA® Gentle Xtra Comfort Flex  Multi-layered dressing consisting of absorbent wound dressing made of polyurethane foam having slits formed for greater flexibility and conformability than other dressings.

  peuvent quand même être utilisés,

La frequenza di sostituzione della medicazione è di norma determinata dal livello di essudato prodotto, tuttavia in caso di ferite pulite lievemente essudanti la medicazione può essere lasciata indisturbata per diversi giorni.

Soft silicone dressings

are coated with a hydrophobic soft silicone layer that is tacky to touch. These dressings do not stick to the moist wound bed, but will adhere gently to the surrounding skin. They are designed to minimize trauma on removal and do not leave an adhesive residue on the skin.

Foam dressings

are made from a polyurethane base and are permeable to both gases and water vapor. Their hydrophilic properties allow high absorptive properties while they also provide thermal insulation.
