– Do NOT place pack directly onto the skin as low temperatures can cause freeze burns. Always wrap pack in a cloth or protective sleeve before use and make sure there’s no leakage.
– Do NOT store in fridge or freezer. However, store in room temperature.
– Always use under adult supervision and keep out of the reach of children.
– Seek healthcare consultancy prior to use the device in case you:
 Have certain neurological conditions that can affect the ability to perceive cold or manage the sensation,
 Have impaired circulation and/or cold sensitive patient,
 Have certain skin conditions like dermatitis or eczema which may be aggravated by cold exposure,

– Stop using use if the pack causes any discomfort and consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
– Do NOT strike or stand on the pack.
– If the pack is punctured or opened and the solution is accidently swallowed, drink plenty of water and consult healthcare professional.
– If the solution contacts the skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water. Shall symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical advice.
