AbsoClear® is made of transparent clear acrylic hydrogel dressing casted on a transparent polyurethane layer.

– Partial and full thickness dermal ulcers.
– Skin tears.
– Pressure ulcers.
– Superficial wounds and abrasions.
– Superficial and partial-thickness burns.
– Donor sites.
– Clean, closed approximated surgical incisions or laparoscopic incisions.
– Used as a protective dressing on at risk, undamaged skin or skin beginning to
show signs of damage from friction or shear.

Discontinue use on patient with known sensitivity to the acrylic polymers.
Do not use in case of third degree burns and highly exuding wounds.

AbsoClear® and AbsoClear® Comfort
1. Treatment of any wound should be part of a well-defined plan under the
supervision of a health care professional.
2. Observe the wound for signs of infection. Consult a health care professional if any of the following are noted: fever, increased pain, redness, bleeding, swelling, unusual odor, increased drainage or cloudy or foul drainage.
3. AbsoClear® dressings may be used on infected wounds only under the care of a health care professional.
4. If the wound does not begin to show signs of healing or if any other unexpected symptoms occur, consult a health care professional.
5. During dressing removal for surgical incisions with an incision closure device such as adhesive wound closure strips, sutures, or staples, provide extra caution to avoid removal of these closure devices.
6. In order to minimize the risk of potential infection hazard or environmental
pollution, disposing the medical device should follow disposal procedures according to applicable local laws.
