All Wound Dressing is a hydrogel foam dressing which consists of a perforated water clear hydrogel wound contact layer, backed with soft, thick, highly absorbent foam which is laminated with breathable, bacteria-proof, virus-proof and waterproof polyurethane top film

All Wound Dressing is ideal for lightly to moderately exuding wounds during the granulation and epithelization phases including:
– Leg ulcers.
– Pressure ulcers.
– Superficial and partial thickness burns.
– Skin donor sites
– Diabetic ulcers
– Post-operative surgical wounds.
All Wound Dressing should not be used on patients with a known sensitivity to Acrylic Hydrogel containing glycerol or Polyurethane foam.
1. Product reuse may impose risk of infection.
2. All Wound Dressing is not recommended for highly exuding wounds, however if used to manage highly exuding wounds, frequency of dressing change should be increased to avoid risk of maceration.
3. All Wound Dressing can be used to manage infected wounds under the medical supervision of healthcare professional.
4. Don’t use All Wound Dressing with oxidizing agents as hypochlorite solutions or hydrogen peroxide, as these may damage foam structure.
5. All Wound Dressing could be used in full thickness second degree and third degree burns under medical supervision.
1- Clean and dry the wound thoroughly.
2- Remove the release liner from wound contact layer.
3- A dressing should be selected that overlaps the wound margin by at least two centimeters. If required, All Wound Dressing may be cut to size or shape before removal of the protective film. Once in position the dressing may be held in place with a bandage or other suitable fixation tape.
