are designed for exuding wounds; they are intended for acute wounds, such as surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions. They are optimized for post-operative use and minor blood absorption. The design gives very high flexibility and makes the dressings ideal to be used over joints such as hips and knees.

• Dressings should not be used on people who are allergic to the dressing or any of its components.

• Dressings are not intended for use within internal body cavities.
• If infection develops during the use of the dressing, clinically indicated antibiotic therapy should be initiated.
• Control of blood glucose should be monitored for diabetic foot ulcers.
• Delicate newly formed blood vessels could produce blood stained wound fluid.
• Sterility is guaranteed unless pouch is damaged.

• Dressing may remain on the wound for up to 7 days.

Soft silicone dressings

are coated with a hydrophobic soft silicone layer that is tacky to touch. These dressings do not stick to the moist wound bed, but will adhere gently to the surrounding skin. They are designed to minimize trauma on removal and do not leave an adhesive residue on the skin.
